Dispatch and Delivery information

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 24 hours from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. 

Authority to leave without a signature: You can authorise for your parcel to be delivered without a signature. SKINSCENCE and Australia Post will not be held liable for parcels that are lost (due to incorrect delivery address supplied, stolen or damaged at the delivery address).

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide correct address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address on the order, will incur a re-delivery charge. 

Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched the next business day (Monday – Friday)

SKINSCENCE utilises Australia Post for deliveries for both within Australia and worldwide. **Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by Australia Post, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by Australia Post.
