Returns for refund or replacement

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. 

Items may be returned for refund or replacement under the following circumstances;

1) The item/s must not show signs of being dropped or mistreated. 

2) The product/packaging is faulty, incorrect item/s received, or item/s became damaged during shipping. 

3) A reaction has occured. Please contact info@skinscence.com.au to discuss before returning your product. Please note- photographic evidence may be required. 
4) Product/s may be exchanged within 7 days of date of purchase where unopened and unused. Postage is at your cost to and from our warehouse.    

5) Only items purchased directly via www.skinscence.com.au are eligible for refund/replacement.

6) If item/s were purchased from a Skinscence stockist, you must contact place of purchase directly, and are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy.

How do I proceed?

If you wish to apply for a product replacement or refund, please contact info@skinscence.com.au. Kindly quote the order number and the reason for return or replacement. 

We will advise how to return your item to us. 

Upon receipt of your item/s, we will notify you in writing of the outcome within 7 days.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. This may take up to 3 days to be approved by your bank.
